Enterprise Account Executive – (Mid Atlantic – West coast) Full Time

Summary:

• PolyAI builds enterprise voice assistants to solve customer problems through natural conversations.
• Voice assistants improve customer satisfaction, employee retention, and operational efficiency.
• The role involves leading and growing customer relationships with hospitality brands, financial institutions, and Fortune 1000 companies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage customer experience, operations, and technology executives at leading enterprises.
• Build relationships with key teams, including operations, technology, finance, and procurement.
• Understand customer needs, present solutions, and promote the adoption of PolyAI solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for new customers, bookings, and revenue.
• Provide accurate forecasting, qualification, and account planning.
• Manage sales activity using CRM and reporting tools.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain subject matter expertise.
• Provide market insights and feedback on products, solutions, and branding.

Requirements:

• Proven experience selling to enterprise decision-makers, including executives and technical leaders.
• Familiarity with industries such as hospitality, finance, and insurance.
• Consistent success in meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.
• Expertise in SaaS and performance software solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced technical degrees are a plus.
