Responsibilities:
- Engage new and existing HashiCorp Open Source Users to demonstrate success.
- Engage in significant outbound activity using tools (yesware, discoverorg, etc.).
- Proactively manage resources with teams and executive staff for successful outcomes.
- Manage complex enterprise sales campaigns with multiple engagement points.
- Align HashiCorp solution to customer business needs and technical requirements.
- Execute solution and value selling to customers and prospects.
- Articulate company and product vision and secure strategic commitments.
- Create a healthy revenue pipeline and new logos for target accounts.
- Accurately forecast business quarterly.
- Regular air travel is required.
- Estimate qualifying opportunities using BANT.
- Communicate with management and legal for document execution and process compliance.
Requirements:
- Experience in Open Source software and proficiency in Cloud software.
- Significant enterprise sales and customer development experience.
- Proven track record in closing deals.
- Ability to create and execute quarterly and annual business plans.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and credibility.
- History of meeting or exceeding goals and top team performance.
- Accurate forecasting and reporting experience.
- Experience selling disruptive technology.
- Business level English skills (a plus).
- Native Japanese language skills are a must.
