- Manage end-to-end integration of TMS and WMS for clients
- Analyze and tailor operational workflows for efficiency
- Develop and execute client training programs
- Oversee data migration processes and system compatibility
- Serve as primary point of contact for issue resolution
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders
Requirements
- Over 6 years of experience in relevant roles
- Proven track record with complex software implementations
- Skilled in training large groups and grasping technical concepts
- Comfortable in technology-driven environments
- Ability to work with C-suite executives and resolve issues
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
