Enterprise Solution Specialist, Civil & Infrastructure Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Civil Infrastructure.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to win projects.
• Build relationships with construction management leaders.
• Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors.
• Participate in presentations and onsite meetings.
• Complete immersion and mastery of Procore’s products.
• Provide mentoring and support to team members.
• Be an evangelist for Civil Infrastructure within Procore.
• Travel periodically to meet with customers.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of successful software sales experience.
• Deep Civil Infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience using a consultative sales methodology.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven communication skills via phone and email.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems.
• Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline.

Benefits:

• Base Pay Range $124,800 – $171,600.
• Commission for on-target earnings up to $286,000.
