Summary:
PracticeTek is seeking an experienced Event Manager to plan, execute, and measure the success of strategic events aligned with organizational objectives. The role requires proactive leadership and collaboration with marketing teams to manage large-scale trade shows, conferences, and customer-facing events. Some travel may be required for event sites.
Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer-facing events.

Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand and company goals.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure event success.

Build and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and third-party event partners.

Oversee the creation of event marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.

Review contracts to protect PracticeTek’s best interests.

Manage on-site logistics, including vendor setup, registration, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with vertical marketing teams to ensure the success of events for multiple brands.
Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

Internship or work experience in event coordination or marketing.

Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies for events.

Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Asana.

Experience with Livestorm webinar platform (nice to have, not required).
