Event Production Manager // Fully Remote Full Time

Responsibilities

• Determine technical solutions for events
• Review and update quotes in CRM system
• Assist sales team with negotiations and solutions
• Join client calls to pitch solutions
• Ensure proper equipment and labor onsite
• Collaborate with 3D artist for event renderings
• Determine technical and rigging requirements
• Develop event project plans with Project Manager
• Negotiate pricing and terms with contractors
• Act as liaison between internal teams and vendors
• Serve as technical resource for onsite events
• Moderate travel required for onsite roles

• On-site experience at live events
