Responsibilities:
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate team results based on hours spent, creative output (number of assets produced), and performance marketing metrics. Provide actionable insights to improve team efficiency and performance.
- Accountability: Act as the accountability partner for the creative team by holding them to performance standards and deliverable timelines. Present findings constructively to foster improvement and maintain high standards.
- Financial Modeling: Calculate hourly rates, project profitability, and other key financial indicators. Ensure profitability benchmarks are met and aligned with company goals.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly reports summarizing team performance, financial insights, and recommendations for leadership. Present data in clear, concise formats tailored for decision-making.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Investment banking experience (minimum 2–3 years).
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Expertise in evaluating operational performance and profitability metrics.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with dashboard/reporting tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Part-time role requiring 4–6 hours per week.
