Responsibilities:
- Assist in high-level project management.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely progress and adherence to deadlines.
- Own travel and calendar coordination for executives.
- Organize recurring reports on business-critical topics.
- Provide research, briefings, and talking points.
- Draft internal and external correspondence.
- Attend weekly team meetings and daily standups.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (B2 or C1 level).
- Extensive experience supporting C-level executives.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with competing priorities.
- Collaboration on C-suite initiatives and projects.
- Experience with G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, resourceful, and minimal supervision needed.
- Adaptable, responsive outside regular hours.
