- The company is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Co-Founder as the company accelerates its growth in the healthcare technology space.
- The role involves managing busy schedules, maintaining relationships internally and externally, and ensuring smooth operations through effective administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Complex calendar management, including aligning with the Co-Founder on schedules, proactively scheduling meetings, and working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Heavy email and schedule management for the Co-Founder.
- Supporting the Co-Founder in preparation for team meetings, including content preparation, capturing action items, and circulating meeting notes.
- Assisting with event preparation, including researching event locations, logistics management, and preparing event content.
- Arranging company events outside of the workplace, such as meal reservations, client outings, community engagement events, and employee appreciation events.
- Providing personal assistance as needed to ensure the Co-Founder’s productivity.
- Managing special projects or other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Demonstrating initiative, discretion, and tact in managing requests.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- This is an in-office, 5-days-a-week position.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Local to the office – in-person position.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, 3 of which include supporting multiple C-Suite executives.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, shift gears quickly, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated history of being highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively and professionally with staff and management.
- Solid analytical, research, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
