Executive Coordinator and Sourcer Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars and travel arrangements.
• Draft and respond to emails, memos, and correspondence.
• Organize and maintain files and records.
• Identify and select LinkedIn profiles for business needs.
• Use executive reasoning to source profiles for various purposes.
• Assist in planning and executing projects.
• Prepare and present reports for executive review.
• Serve as a point of contact between the executive, clients, and team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in an Executive Assistant role.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and business platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Self-starter able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
