Responsibilities:
- Identify new sites for rapid charging station installation.
- Analyze new locations and create relevant business cases.
- Build relationships with different types of landowners.
- Negotiate and finalize lease agreements.
- Monitor and coordinate site development from contract signing to station opening.
- Work with a team including architecture, construction, branding, and data experts.
- Leverage real estate network to create opportunities with landowners and brokers.
- Lead strategic negotiations and ensure smooth site development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of proven experience in a similar real estate development role.
- Initiative-taking and willingness to learn from mistakes.
- Strong negotiation and commercial lease skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites.
- Enthusiasm for energy transition and team participation.
