Fed DOD – Account Executive Full Time NEW

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Engage key stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
• Work with federal systems integrators and distributors.
• Lead pursuit of sales opportunities, including RFPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
• Stay informed on cybersecurity trends and government policies.
• Leverage federal contract vehicles to streamline sales.
• Manage sales pipeline, updating CRM tools for forecasts.
• Establish relationships with channel partners and third parties.
• Represent Bugcrowd at public sector events and conferences.
• Share insights and best practices with the sales team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in public sector sales.
• Proven success with DOD, COCOMs, Maritime, and 4th Estate.
• Strong relationship-building skills with federal agencies.
• Experience with channel partners, systems integrators.
• Deep knowledge of federal procurement and contract vehicles.
• Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and dynamic personality.
• Keen interest in cybersecurity and public sector impact.
• Proficient in CRM software, like Salesforce.
