Fiat Product Manager Full Time

Summary:

Quidax, a crypto startup focused on simplifying access to digital currencies, seeks a Fiat Product Manager in Lagos, Nigeria. The role involves leading fiat payment integration to enhance user experience. Quidax aims to make global financial transactions as seamless as sending a text.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead research into local and global fiat channels across target markets.
  • Design and own the vision, roadmap, and priorities for Fiat channel integrations.
  • Identify the best-fit providers and payment flows for each market.
  • Manage end-to-end fiat integration projects using agile frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams to implement scalable solutions.
  • Ensure each fiat project is delivered with quality, speed, and compliance top of mind.
  • Monitor and analyze fiat transaction success rates, failure points, and time-to-settle.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and insights to drive data-informed improvements.
  • Support new market launches with tailored fiat channel strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management within fintech, payments, or blockchain.
  • Deep understanding of fiat channels, PSPs, and banking integrations.
  • Skilled in agile product delivery and cross-functional project management.
  • Think logically, communicate clearly, and can articulate trade-offs and risks.
  • Fluent in using data reporting tools and making decisions from data.
  • Experience working in crypto exchanges or wallet platforms (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with PRDs, compliance documentation, and regulatory frameworks (nice to have).
  • A track record of launching payment products in African, LATAM, or Asian markets (nice to have).
