• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team.
• This role will focus on driving marketing strategies and initiatives for the Business and Government sector.

• You will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing field marketing initiatives that align with business goals and drive revenue growth within these high-impact sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing comprehensive field marketing strategies that cater to the unique needs of business and government sectors.
• Creating targeted multi-channel campaigns to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement across the assigned regions.
• Designing and deploying innovative, data-driven campaigns, including virtual and in-person events, digital programs, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
• Measuring and optimizing for maximum ROI and engagement.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to develop and execute vertical-based and account-based field marketing programs.
• Ensuring marketing initiatives support sales objectives, including providing sales enablement tools and resources.
• Tracking, analyzing and presenting performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns (including LinkedIn, Google, nurture, etc.) and partnerships, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed.
• Planning and executing regional events, both virtual and in-person, targeting business and government audiences.
• Partnering with alliances and internal teams to deliver impactful events that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and accelerate pipeline.
• Collaborating with content and product marketing teams to develop high-quality assets, including whitepapers, videos, case studies, blogs, and webinars, demonstrating the benefits of our solutions.
• Positioning the company as a thought leader in the education technology space, particularly for business and government clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the EdTech or technology industries.
• Strong understanding of business and government sectors, including knowledge of relevant regulations, procurement processes, and market dynamics.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience working with channel partners and understanding of regional market differences.
• Previous experience managing marketing programs within the technology, public sector, or enterprise SaaS markets.
• Experience in co-marketing or joint marketing initiatives.

Benefits:

• Pay range is $87,100-$99,500/year depending upon experience.
