Field Marketing Manager – Europe Full Time

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in high-propensity accounts across German, Austrian, and Nordic markets
• Develop and execute targeted account-centric marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales efforts
• Analyze data and optimize marketing programs for better performance
• Plan and execute field marketing events such as webinars and conferences
• Distribute targeted content like case studies and blog posts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
• Experience in field marketing, B2B technology, or software
• Knowledge of account-based marketing strategies and tools
• Experience working in German, Austrian, and Nordic markets
• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and data analytics
• Fluent in German and based in the region
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
