Field Marketing Manager – France Full Time

Responsibilities

• Represent marketing in the country to sales, customers, and partners.
• Define and refine field marketing strategies & processes.
• Develop and plan the regional marketing plan to meet customer, demand generation, growth, and revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, external influencers, channel partners, and the EMEA Demand Gen Hub.
• Execute best-in-class region and local language campaigns including thought leadership, trade shows, webinars, and other tactics.
• Partner closely with Sales leadership to tactically engage key target accounts.
• Devise and execute marketing experiments and scale successful campaigns.
• Track budgets, lead flow, follow-up, and results against goals.
• Communicate status, action items, results, and deliverables across marketing and sales.

Requirements

• 4+ years of events marketing and demand generation experience in B2B, preferably with a fast-growing tech company.
• Proven track record executing innovative event and demand generation programs.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, with expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to travel as needed to events & conferences.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, technology, or sciences.
• Full English and French language fluency.
