Field Marketing Manager Full Time

• The Field Marketing Manager will lead field marketing programs, collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to define event objectives, target audiences, and key messaging.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive annual field marketing calendar.
• Research and recommend high-value event opportunities aligned with Seso’s target personas and industries.
• Create strategies to elevate Seso’s brand presence including booth design, activations, and giveaways.
• Oversee logistics for trade shows, conferences, hosted events, and webinars.
• Coordinate onsite staffing, booth setup, A/V requirements, collateral production, and swag distribution.
• Lead lead capture strategies and ensure the delivery of core messaging at events.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive pre- and post-event outreach campaigns.
• Track event ROI through metrics such as leads generated, opportunities influenced, and closed-won revenue.
• Execute account-based marketing initiatives for key sales accounts.
• Identify and recruit influential customers for the Customer Advisory Board (CAB).
• Plan and execute an annual premium in-person summit for executive members.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience managing trade shows, tech conferences, and customer events, preferably in a B2B industry.
• Expertise in marketing and sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Suite, and event platforms like Eventbrite.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.
• Creativity in crafting engaging and memorable event experiences.
• Ability to handle last-minute challenges effectively under tight deadlines.
• High energy, empathy, and a strong sense of accountability.
