Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality reports.
- Assess, value, and negotiate repair costs.
- Provide vehicle valuations.
- Negotiate total loss settlements.
- Understand salvage categories in detail.
- Manage claims effectively.
- Liaise with Field planning team, repairers, and customers.
- Support team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Qualified to I.A.E.A or ATA (VDA) standard.
- Experience leading engineering for insurers or independent firms.
- Proficiency in Audatex and Glassmatix.
- AQP qualification preferred.
- Skilled in handling customer complaints.
- Effective time management and workload prioritization.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material.
- Confident negotiation skills.
