Field Operations Manager – Central Ontario Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for CSN Licensees in the Central Ontario region.
• Ensure that the needs of each store are understood and met effectively.
• Conduct quarterly meetings with each store to optimize their utilization of the CSN System.
• Drive overall business growth and performance metrics within the region.
• Monitor and enhance performance on insurance programs and vendor utilization.
• Lead regional meetings both virtually and in person, up to six times per year.
• Collaborate with the GM-EC to strategize and support licensee success.
• Resolve urgent store concerns and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide monthly progress reports to the GM-EC on key topics and metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in the collision repair industry.
• Post-secondary education in business or a related field specific to collision repair.
• Recent professional development courses in management, leadership, or industry topics.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing, as per Transport Canada requirements.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Clear oral and written communication skills in English; French proficiency is an asset.
