Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain various Cytiva equipment
- Attend and close service calls as per Cytiva Service Quality
- Work during off hours and holidays to meet customer expectations
- Adhere to Key Performance Index of Service Operation
- Assist in growing the service business through selling AMC, spares, and solutions
- Make commercial offers for service offerings and follow up
- Collect payments for services and solutions sold
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in equipment related to Biopharmaceutical Industry
- Ability to install, service, and troubleshoot equipment like bio-reactors and chromatography systems
- Interface well with internal team members and external customers
- Knowledge of validation services as per industry norms
