Field Service Technician I at Veralto Full Time

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration of instrumentation
• Promote a positive customer experience and handle service-related problems
• Submit accurate service reports affecting billing, inventory, and instrument history
• Follow safe work practices according to company policy
• Execute administrative activities to support service visits
• Travel 60-75% within a 120+ mile radius of Memphis, TN, with up to 6-8 nights away per month

Requirements

• Associate/Technical degree preferred, or relevant education and experience
• Basic mechanical aptitude; experience with maintenance and diagnostics helpful
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required
• 1+ years of field service or customer-facing experience preferred
