Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor all tradeshow and sponsorship requests
- Communicate with teams regarding tradeshow and sponsorship requests
- Remit payment to vendors if requests are approved
- Reconcile payments using appropriate software
- Utilize and maintain reports of prior and ongoing requests
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Accounting experience of 1-3 years preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry a plus
- Proficiency in Oracle or other payment processing systems preferred
- Proficiency in Excel preferred
- Nice to have: Salesforce experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
