Finance Manager & Controller – LATAM at Binance Full Time

Responsibilities

• Own the financial processes for several legal entities in Latam
• Drive month-end and year-end closing cycles, reconciliations, and payments
• Ensure complete, accurate, and timely accounting in partnership with vendors
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies
• Support Regional & Country leaders on financial decisions and business plans
• Develop and align annual targets for revenues and local spend
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, revenue growth, and ROI improvement
• Support business case modeling and ad-hoc financial requests
• Help establish a collaborative team culture and share best practices

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting; Master/MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Finance Manager, Controller, or Business Partner roles
• Thorough knowledge of general accounting procedures and financial statements
• Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-level financial systems preferred
• Outstanding modeling and analytical skills with strong executive presence
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple assignments
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Demonstrated interest in crypto & blockchain technology
