Financial Analyst Full Time

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making
• Prepare accurate financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results for insights
• Lead budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis
• Develop and refine financial models for revenue, expenses, and capital
• Monitor performance against budget and identify variance drivers
• Support long-term strategic planning with financial modeling
• Provide insights into market trends and competitive pressures
• Collaborate with senior management to align financial planning
• Identify and implement process improvements for financial operations
• Develop and standardize financial reporting templates and tools
• Adhere to confidentiality and compliance regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience in SaaS or tech-related financial analysis (preferred)
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning software (preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting software, and tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills to translate data into insights
