Financial Operations Analyst Full Time

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day accounting operations like billing and payroll
• Prepare entries to general ledger accounts in a timely manner
• Support financial reporting packages for stakeholders
• Administer company accounting policies and controls
• Assist with payroll, sales commissions, and referral payouts
• Provide first-line support for Finance’s inboxes
• Complete ad-hoc operational projects as needed

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an accounting role
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Growth mindset and team player attitude
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Sharp analytical thinker with a passion for numbers
• Resourceful self-starter with strong multi-tasking skills
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Trinet, QuickBooks Online is a plus
• Interest in AI/SaaS/technology business models
