Financial Systems Manager Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Serve as principal administrator for finance systems.
• Manage user access and conduct system upgrade testing.
• Develop workflows and oversee application integration.
• Enable new features in financial systems.
• Provide ongoing training to finance system users.
• Develop and enhance financial dashboards and KPIs.
• Lead automation of billing, payroll, and revenue processes.
• Maintain data integrity across all financial systems.
• Implement system upgrades and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements like SOX.
• Liaise with vendors to manage financial systems.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in developing financial system solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or information systems.
• Expertise in NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management.
• Experience with BI tools like Sigma is preferred.
• Skilled in optimized query writing for integrations.
• Deep knowledge of revenue, AR, AP, and payroll processes.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
• Strong change management and risk assessment capabilities.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
