Requirements
- Proven success in IT recruitment
- Experience with interview formats like Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts
- Technical expertise for IT roles
- Experience with LinkedIn Talent Solutions
- Excellent English (C1+) and Ukrainian communication skills
- Tenacity, resourcefulness, and strong networking ability
