Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Operational Support of the Founders:
- Support the development of new partnerships.
- Create sales and marketing materials and assist in outreach to potential clients.
- Help the founders in day-to-day tasks, such as email campaigns and social media content management.
- Freelance Recruiter Acquisition & Community Management:
- Independently acquire recruiters and manage the recruiter CRM system.
- Administer the Slack workspace, create engaging newsletters, and conduct feedback surveys.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on and implement strategic projects.
- Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and projects for the founders.
- Optionally, participate in recruiting tasks, such as finding and selecting talent for Jomigo or its clients.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Completed bachelor’s degree.
- Enrolled in a master’s program at a prestigious German university or other renowned institutions.
- Languages:
- German (native speaker, C2 level).
- Fluent in English.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote setup.
