FP&A Finance Specialist | Remote Full Time

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial results reporting
• Provide detailed analysis of financial results
• Support communication and presentation of results
• Assist in quarterly and annual planning processes
• Lead and create annual expense planning
• Drive process improvements within team and department
• Participate in company-wide projects and initiatives
• May lead special projects

Requirements

• Reinsurance and/or insurance background preferred
• 6-7 years of finance/accounting experience required
• 4+ years of college-level coursework in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting principles and reporting
• Ability to communicate effectively under pressure
• Experience with automated accounting systems (SAP preferred)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft tools, including Excel
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements
• Willingness to travel to California office if remote
