Responsibilities:

• Review customer accounts and compile evidence for disputes.
• Assess data to identify opportunities based on customer behavior.
• Monitor Fraud Dashboards for proactive fraud mitigation.
• Participate in special projects related to fraud and chargebacks.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary student in business or finance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• 1-2 years of work experience preferred.
• Experience with data analysis preferred.
• Passion for people, processes, and systems.
• Strong work ethic and desire to contribute to a startup.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
