Identify specific fraud risks associated with Bold’s operations, ensuring strategies align with company objectives.
Perform descriptive and exploratory analysis of transactional data and behaviors to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies contributing to fraud prevention.
Monitor alerts generated by fraud prevention tools and propose actions.
Design and optimize fraud detection rules, models, and strategies.
Create, calculate, and monitor performance metrics related to fraud prevention and detection (e.g., fraud detection rates, false positives, response times).
Propose improvements in analytical processes by automating repetitive tasks.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure the effectiveness of fraud prevention strategies.
Build dashboards that visualize the results of analysis and key metrics for the team and related areas.
Create analysis to answer business questions arising from the fraud team.
Document the analytical processes of the fraud strategy team.

Professional in Economics, Statistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields in technology or finance.
Minimum one year of experience in data analysis, processing, and visualization, preferably in fraud teams.
Proven knowledge of SQL.
Intermediate and proven knowledge of visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Quicksight, Looker).
Knowledge of data analysis tools (Python).
Knowledge in fraud detection.
Desirable: Experience in monitoring and evaluating risk engines provided by third parties and fraud-related indicators.
