Responsibilities
- Use provided calling software for 5-minute “mystery shopper” calls
- Complete a short survey (15 minutes or less) after each call
- Remain anonymous and not reveal mystery shopper identity
- Do not purchase any products during calls
Requirements
- High school diploma or above
- Fluent in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident with phone calls
- Ability to follow a script naturally
- Detail oriented with excellent recall
- Able to work within continental USA time zone
