Responsibilities:
- Independently create and optimize ADS campaigns on platforms like Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and others, combined with SEO strategies to acquire new clients.
- Alternatively, create phone scripts for cold calling and independently conduct phone campaigns to reach out to potential clients.
- When necessary, create customized offers, proposal documents, and product materials tailored to client needs.
- Regularly participate in a weekly, paid meeting to discuss current numbers, results, and strategic developments with the team.
Requirements:
- At least five years of experience in marketing and/or sales, ideally with a focus on customer acquisition and the implementation of successful sales strategies.
- Experience in managing budgets and optimizing campaigns with high monetary values, ensuring efficient budget usage while achieving a high conversion rate.
- Strong expertise in campaign management, including creating and optimizing ADS campaigns on platforms like Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and others, as well as SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in cold calling, with experience in developing and successfully applying telephone scripts.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative in developing and executing strategies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to quickly understand client needs, address them, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing tools for campaign planning, execution, and analysis, and the ability to fully utilize their potential.
