Description:

• Talent Interview is developed by 100% Turkish engineers in HUAWEI’s Turkey R&D as a SAAS product.
• We created an online exam platform that enables its customer to assess candidate skills.
• It is currently offered as a pre-hiring platform.
• It focuses on software skill assessment and includes AI features for suspicious activity detection during exams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our development team to design, develop, and maintain our web applications.
• Write clean, scalable Java code for the back-end.
• Implement robust and responsive user interfaces using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Utilize frameworks such as Spring Boot and React to build web services and applications.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain a high-quality codebase.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong understanding of Java and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and React.
• Experience with Spring Boot framework is a plus.
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be a team player and demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies.
