Full Stack Software Engineer (part-time) Part Time

Summary:

• Right Side Up is a marketplace connecting world-class growth marketers with companies that need them most.
• The Engineering and Product Team is building a proprietary AI/ML-powered applicant tracking system and CRM.
• The company aims to enhance cross-functional efficiency and create an unparalleled experience for users.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications.
• Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces and robust back-end systems.
• Design databases for efficient data storage, retrieval, and processing.
• Collaborate with design, product, and other developers to meet business requirements.
• Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and security.
• Write and maintain APIs for third-party and internal integrations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.
• Available 15-20 hours per week.
• Fluent in English and available to overlap during Central Time Zone hours (~9:00-12:00pm CT).
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, React) and back-end technologies (Python).
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Django).
• Excellent problem-solving skills for scalable solutions.
• Degree in computer science or related field preferred.
