Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain parent-facing and physician platforms using Django and Hotwire.
- Work on projects such as eardrum detection models, developmental milestone screeners, and algorithms to flag at-risk children.
- Collaborate with product managers, physicians, and marketing teams to bring features to life.
- Optimize SQL queries, manage deployment infrastructure, and write high-quality HTML.
- Own projects from conception to production, including rollout and maintenance.
- Proactively find and fix bugs, document systems, and address tech debt.
- Use data to validate assumptions and measure the impact of solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong full-stack generalist with experience in MVC frameworks like Django or Ruby on Rails.
- Deep understanding of product development and business objectives.
- Pragmatic approach to problem-solving, balancing speed and scalability.
- Experience leading projects and implementing high-quality software.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
