Summary:
PingWind seeks a Functional Analyst for VA’s EATAS project, offering technical support. A veteran-owned small business, PingWind excels in cybersecurity, IT, and more, with offices in Washington DC and Virginia.
Responsibilities:
- Perform technical assessments of technology as defined by the Customer.
- Ensure Quality Assurance of submitted work product.
- Provide testing/deployment support for the TRM Application.
- Deliver integrated strategic and technical support for VA’s mission systems.
- Be available during core working hours for Customer and team.
- Conduct research, analyze data, identify trends, and prepare reports.
- Analyze programs, procedures, and systems for optimization.
- Understand project requirements and make recommendations.
- Identify and resolve issues and problems.
- Contribute to contract deliverables per the PWS.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of additional relevant experience.
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- U.S. Citizenship; ability to obtain Tier II Investigation.
- Expert communication and client management skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Flexible, able to adapt to different customer groups.
- Strong desire to facilitate collaboration.
- Experience with cross-functional teams.
- Outcome-oriented, delivering measurable results.
- VA or similar government organization experience preferred.
