Responsibilities
- Work with key customers to address critical business challenges
- Consult with top-tier Life Sciences customers at executive levels
- Develop and execute strategic plans leveraging XR solutions
- Oversee successful delivery of solutions and ensure value creation
- Manage and mentor a growing team of Account Managers
Requirements
- Advanced degree, preferably an MBA or master’s degree
- 7+ years of work experience with a proven track record
- Experience at the Principal/Associate Partner level in consulting
- Demonstrated ability to develop new client relationships
- Extensive expertise in the Life Sciences sector, especially Pharmaceuticals
