- Co-host compensation briefings and meetings with the VP of People
- Run statistical analysis to monitor diversity metrics and ensure unbiased processes
Requirements
- Experience with total reward strategy in a global tech company
- Experience with benefits brokers in multiple countries
- Skills in employee education regarding total reward
- Tech-savvy with a data-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills for handling queries
