Global Payroll Administrator Full Time

• The Global Payroll Administrator will manage payroll processes across multiple countries and employee benefits programs while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• The role requires experience with in-house and outsourced payroll bureaus in multiple jurisdictions, strong attention to detail, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Own the global payroll process and ensure timely and accurate payroll across countries.
• Maintain and update employee records, including payroll, benefits, and tax details.
• Act as the point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries, providing support.
• Collaborate with external payroll and benefits providers for seamless service.
• Audit payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage benefits programs globally, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
• Support payroll system integration into Rippling and assist with training.
• Provide data and insights for total compensation review projects.
• Review and update compensation and benefits policies.
• Ensure compliance with local and international payroll and benefits regulations.
• Prepare and review statutory reports and assist in audits.
• Communicate payroll and benefits processes to employees clearly.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to payroll.
• Identify process improvements for payroll and benefits accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field.
• Proven experience in global payroll and benefits administration.
• Strong understanding of payroll systems, benefits design, and employment laws.
• Proficiency in platforms like Rippling, ADP, or similar HRMS tools.
• Analytical mindset with experience managing complex data.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High confidentiality, integrity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience collaborating on strategic HR projects.
