Glover Specialist – Kenya (They/She/He) Full Time

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize processes for Glover acquisition and retention
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to the database
• Conduct weekly meetings with 3PLs
• Provide support to Glovers as needed (20% of your time)
• Handle procurement for Glover work kits and brand readiness
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and Info-Sessions
• Supervise daily operations and analyze KPIs
• Maintain and analyze business reports for decision-making
• Optimize delivery times and Glover earnings
• Develop analytical frameworks and models for your city and region

Requirements

• Experience in on-demand fleet management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Motivated to work for a fast-growing startup
• Solid Excel and data interpretation skills
• Analytical skills required
• Proactive, autonomous, and energetic
• University degree
• Fluent in English and Swahili
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus
