Neo Group is currently seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs across various mediums to enhance our brand identity and effectively communicate our message to our target audience.

Your Role:

• Create and design visually appealing graphics for a wide range of materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, print collateral, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into creative concepts and designs.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovative design approaches.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Proven work experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize multiple projects.
• Knowledge of web design principles and experience designing for digital platforms is a plus.
