Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in a creative studio, production company, or advertising environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and illustration work.
- Excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong communicative design skills.
- Knowledge and passion for mobile games and gaming culture.
- Experience motivating creatives.
- Strong attention to detail for quality control.
- Proficient in After Effects.
- Understanding of art theory basics (composition, color theory).
- Understanding or experience with 3D is a bonus.
- Social media savvy is a bonus.
- Experience in user acquisition content production is a bonus.
- Super organized and professional.
- Good communication skills.
