Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team to design high-quality graphics solutions.
• Design digital graphics for websites, email, and social media.
• Design high-quality print graphics for various solutions.
• Use web-based tools to work remotely and meet deadlines.
• Develop and maintain brand standards across various brands.
• Strategize new creative solutions for business needs.
• Stay updated with design and technology trends.
• Seek opportunities for operational excellence and efficiency.
• Exceed client expectations through communication and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Must have current portfolio of design examples.
• B.A. or B.S. in a related field.
• 5+ years of graphic design experience with print and digital.
• Strong attention to detail, minimal errors and rework.
• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Experience with animation/motion graphics is helpful.
• Experience shooting and editing photos and videos is helpful.
• Ability to write headlines and calls to action on the fly.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with quick timelines.
• Experience with web-based project management and communication tools.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience in retail boating industry is helpful.
