Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels.
- Lead sales initiatives to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Create and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Establish and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand our reach.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote our services.
- Analyze performance metrics across all growth channels and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create marketing materials and sales collateral.
- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Manage and optimize the sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of growth initiatives with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a growth-oriented role, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Experience in sales and account management.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer collaboration strategies.
- Proficient in using analytics tools to measure and report on growth metrics.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
