Responsibilities
- Own new channel experimentation, including event setup, KPI targets, vendor evaluation, and audience strategy
- Scale successful new channels, leading on strategy and execution
- Manage creative production end-to-end, collaborating with teams and external vendors
- Analyze campaign performance data to set goals and forecast future metrics
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in performance/growth marketing with a proven track record
- Experience managing paid channels at multi-million dollar budgets, preferably in startups
- Proficiency in multiple channels such as Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Direct Mail
- Strong Excel skills and understanding of analytics tools like Metabase and Amplitude
- Experience managing creative teams, with bonus points for proficiency in Figma, Canva, or CapCut
- Extreme attention to detail and strong communication skills in fast-paced environments
