Responsibilities:
- Create a comprehensive growth strategy (Growth Roadmap) with clear short- and long-term goals, milestones, and KPIs to measure success.
- Optimize the customer journey by developing and optimizing digital campaigns to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
- Implement strategies for customer retention and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Paid Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing).
- Create targeted content to increase engagement and traffic.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer segmentation strategy to precisely identify target audiences and develop tailored marketing messages.
- Create detailed customer personas to enable targeted marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Build and manage the CRM (Pipedrive), developing automation workflows to optimize lead generation, qualification, and sales activities.
- Create and integrate personalized content for various stages of the customer journey, including email templates and automated campaigns.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on growth hacking, performance marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven success in scaling marketing campaigns and achieving ambitious growth goals.
- Ideally, experience in the SaaS sector.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.
- Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and CRO.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (preferably Pipedrive) for campaign optimization.
- Willingness to experiment and continuously test to validate hypotheses.
- Native-level German and fluent English.
