Responsibilities
- Contribute to empowering leadership through coaching and advising on people management decisions.
- Support organizational design by identifying opportunities for synergy, movements, new hires, and development.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to recruit senior positions and support managerial decision-making.
- Operate data-driven, using key people KPIs (eNPS, Turnover, Team Effectiveness Survey, etc.) for decision-making.
- Execute Talent Management agendas, utilizing performance evaluation results and talent mapping.
- Maintain routines with specialist teams to stay updated on served areas.
- Roll out institutional people agenda actions, including culture programs and performance evaluations.
- Participate in key forums and maintain regular 1:1s with senior leaders.
- Understand and influence business priorities and OKRs related to people management.
- Monitor compliance cases and ensure alignment with company policies and behaviors.
- Support onboarding of new senior leaders to ensure understanding of People products and processes.
- Handle sensitive and complex cases (terminations, mental health, D&I) using best practices.
- Stay updated with market trends and bring innovations to the People team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in HR with knowledge of all subsystems.
- Previous experience as an HRBP in corporate areas, preferably Finance and/or People.
- Knowledge in Leadership Coaching.
- Advanced/Fluent English; Advanced Spanish is desirable.
- Ability to interact, influence, and develop leaders at various maturity levels.
- Executive communication skills and a proactive, purposeful attitude.
- Availability for occasional travel (São Paulo/Argentina).
