Happiness Engineer – Customer Support & Success Full Time

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Experience in technical support or customer success.
• Proficiency with WordPress is a plus.
• Expert communicator in English.
• Exceptional problem-solver with great judgment.

• Ability to de-escalate upset customers.
• Adaptable, curious, and excited by change.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator.
• Available for occasional weekend and holiday coverage.
• Bonus: Experience with eCommerce or business setup.
• Experience as a deep technical troubleshooter.
• Experience creating and supporting WordPress websites.
• Experience in sales or technical account management.
