Head of Account Management Full Time

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all Sensize accounts, ensuring needs are met
• Develop understanding of clients’ objectives to offer tailored solutions
• Manage P&L for key accounts, including budgeting and forecasting
• Set up account management function, developing processes and tools
• Deliver key account growth forecast, ensuring healthy pipelines
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
• Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with key accounts
• Implement and manage CRM systems to track account health and communications
• Establish and monitor KPIs for account management and customer success
• Oversee invoicing process for key accounts, ensuring accuracy
• Draft and manage client contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Manage relationships with clients across different cultures and countries

Requirements

• Excellent experience in account management or sales management
• Previous experience in a startup environment preferred
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end account management processes
• Strong understanding of account management systems and tools
• Experience in the tech, logistics, or IoT sectors is advantageous
• Proficient in CRM platforms like Salesforce and financial management tools
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and strategic decisions
• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Excellent communication skills for building client relationships
